@Yahooey ...LOL...Oh my gosh, I must have Fall & Pumpkins on my mind and that explains why I typed "Pumpkin" instead of "Pancake" in my reply to @cowboy sam...😂

Yes, Maine's State Fruit is the Blueberry...However, no, we didn't go blueberry picking...We are always too busy enjoying walking the beautiful rugged coastline of Maine...going on sailboat rides...and eating "Lobsta"!

I know that you would absolutely love Maine...It is "gawgeous"!...We mainly park our car where we are staying and walk wherever we go...We have toured the State through the years and so we now just go to one of our favorite areas for enjoyment and relaxation and the ocean!

Thank you.  You are a sweetheart as always, no matter what you're going through yourself.❤️

You take care and try to keep cool too!  I understand about the a/c.  I think that's been part of my sinus problems the last several very hot days--it's an extreme change going in and out of the a/c.  But at 105 I'm afraid I need it or I'd be a lot worse off.🥵

Thank you, @geezerette.  You are too kind.  Maybe you haven't been here on my grouchy "crispy" days, but then I try to keep those to myself... 🙃😛😉

Truly, I admire so many posters here who have dealt with so much more than I have, and done so with such grace...  and to think we only see the tip of the iceberg in everyone's posts.

It wasn't too bad today, but we were lucky to have the sun hiding behind clouds most of the day so at least the direct sunshine wasn't a factor.

105 degrees...  yikes!

I agree about going in and out, A/C to the sweltering heat.  Sort of like the way the barometric pressure changes can be migraine triggers.

Autumn isn't far away, though!

I can't wait!

@dooBdoo @cowboy sam @SouthernBee @geezerette @Yahooey @loveschocolate @MyShadowLove  I'm good! Sorry I've been offline. I had my angiogram Wednesday. It went fine. I'm tired but fine. I have a follow up appt with my neurosurgeon next Thursday to decide how to fix it.  💜

Oh, goodness, don't apologize, @Mj12!  The forums aren't necessarily a priority in the scheme of things -- you know we're here to support you, and we know you're here for us, too.❤️

@Yahooey ....We had boiled "lobstah" dipped in "buttah" the first day that we arrived....Then, throughout the rest of our stay, between the two of us,  we had "lobstah" salad....mixed green salad topped with crabmeat....clam "chowdah"... steamed clams....On the day that we left, we definitely had to finish off our stay with another boiled "lobstah" dinner, served with coleslaw and corn-on-the-cob, before heading home ...We still smell of seafood!...lol

The day after we arrived home, my husband had a craving for Hamburgers!  lol

Okay, now make sure you wipe all of that drool off of your laptop!  😂
