i didnt know this but it has clear cut lines

larger piece or smaller piece

i cut sections and placed in freezer for the pieces not given away or eaten

so each time i defrosted - there will be a small and large piece or 1 extra large piece

Good afternoon y'all: In three weeks our church will have : Ole Time Religion Day. Today our pastor asked all men to be dressed in denim overalls (sp). DH doesn't like denim. I found on line a pair with 100% cotton denim. I ordered a pair and hope they fit.

I have my BigMama's  cotton bonnet and hope I can find it to wear with my long denim skirt. That will be one Sunday that we can dress comfortably.

We had a couple of nice cooler days this week, but now it's heating back up again.  It should be in the triple digits all week.  I'm not looking forward to it.  I will be staying inside and hoping that the a/c and fridge keep humming along with no problems!

Hi Y'all: Friend at Emory Hospital with her sister. They were hoping the surgery today. No other contact since before lunch.

Contractor texted me today and he will start the remodel on the laundry closet on the 29th. Yea, finally. I still haven't given up on getting the carpet replaced before the end of the year. 

Yard guy called today stated he has to increase his price $5. I told him understand. His team does good job and I told him and that we appreciate everything.

I get paid on Wednesday and will be redoing my budget tomorrow. So much fun.

Tomorrow's forecast for high of 100. Me staying home and inside.

fingers crossed for friend's sister and that the contractor's work will be done smoothly

as possible - cuz we know there will be hiccups

i'm making eggplant parm

a friend gifted me with 4 small ones - total of just shy of 2 lbs

said - this year they are not growing big

i dont fry - but oven roasted till kinda crispy

no mozzarella- just some parm for flavor
