@Yahooey : Daughter was like 2 1/2 drive away but had to deal with the Atlanta traffic. She was in the north area of the state but will be in the southern area of state with less traffic and about 1 1/2 hour drive. Thanks.

great news for your daughter -

90 miles closer - is it a lot closer?

if she was 3000 miles away -90 miles isnt a lot

but if shewas 150 miles away and now 90 miles closer - that is yay!!!

well done - new job - new location - new beginnigs

I hope it all goes her way -

yes - put pancake on the back burner for now

and hoping the new doc can help you

dear predsHeart and friendsHeart

My best friend called me early this morning asking me to go w/her and her dh to Wally.

I don't get to wally often so i needed to stock up on a few items like:

I bought 12 bottles of 1 gallon each of spring water

4 bottles of their brand of mouthwash for dry mouth

one pkg of paper for printer

and couple of small items on list

But i wantrd #65  black printer ink,but as usual none! So will need to order on line .

Then we had breakfast out..

i had the 2+ +2 +2+---2 scrambled eggs 2 pancakes,2 crispy bacon

no coke so i had Dr,Pepper

She had a waffle with fresh strawberries w/lot of whipped creme on itplus cawfee

He had 2 sunny up eggs,2 sasuage links and crispy fried tators..and dr. pepper

Then we went to big catch all store...i bought 2 cases of 24 bottles of water in each case(Stocking up again.)..while walking usually taking bottle of water for me and neighbor one.

She stayed in car

he bought3 pots of mums, and 3 other plants to resale

uh, his trunk was full plus back seat with me was full of water, etc.Smiley Surprised

Stopped at their house and i helped unload and carry items into their house.

Then i had to get all my water, etc out of car,and into my house! All 12 gallons bottles of water in basement  and 2 cases of bottledwater in living room  and other items put up!

Changed clothes into a house dress and relaxing!

Had a bit of rain..mower guy will probably do yard Thursday...maybe depending if raining or not.

Story telling done!

how tall are the stalks - you can reach them?

how many on the average - ears of corn on a stalk

how do you know it is ripe - can you call it ripe?

i got so many questions - what else does she grow

cant be very small - she got critters also

@Yahooey , depends on the type of corn....usually 4-6 feet tall. 3-4 ears per stalk on average. When the silks turn brown it's time to pick them. She grows different varieties of tomatoes, all sorts of peppers, green beans, corn, honeydew melons, watermelons, squash, cucumbers....I think that's all. She's got chickens and cows. I saw three turkeys as I pulled out of the driveway.

Storms tonight and tomorrow. If I am not here, y'all can guess that I have either no power or no internet. Hope that's not the case.

@loveschocolate : Thank you. I had to try something different. Previously I could make myself get up and do something but I don't have that extra determination.

@SouthernBee

In catch all store..

i found/er saw a 3.0 c upright freezer! I opened its door...and gasped at how big it was!

seeing 3 glass shelves.   far apart!.Smiley Surprised

i think it also had smaller shelves on inside of the door!

it would need lots of items to fill itSmiley Surprised

Price was $187.00  but i think/wonder if it has more space in  it than i need🤔😏😮🙄 it isn't the money...but it was the space inside it to fill.

Me needs to talk to son and ask him to take me back as he has a pick up truck if we decide if its right  size 4 me   or do i need a smaller one????
