@cowboy sam : DH has had trouble sleeping the last two nights. He finally ordered a larger mask for his bipap machine. We watched some tv church services and then took a nap. I will be in the kitchen in a few minutes to warm up everything.

Tomorrow morning , DH has early appointment with his cardiologist. That office is always cold and will be glad to get that done. Thankfully he only sees that doctor once a year.🤗

Good Monday Morning Y'all: 

I have to get up early and then woke up and can't go back to sleep, bummer.

The post office had the nerve to update the returned package shipping yesterday to : out for delivery by 9 p.m. and of course never delivered. DH went outside late yesterday and looked around. So far no updates this morning.

Really dreading going to that extremely cold doctors office . I am going to tell DH that I need to stay in the car. Plus a lot of walking and he doesn't want me to take my walker. I can later read the office visit information on the patient portal since DH will not remember what the doctor told him.

Hope y'all have something more fun planned for today.🤗🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕

i also signed up for patient portal.....nice to be able to read plus see bloodwork test results,etc.

Neighbor friend and i took a short walk before sunset last night and we were miserable     heat+humidity!

Going to be hot here all week again...promise of rain?...then zero...!

So we decided to not walk much or not all this week until it cools down,etc.

about delivery of orders..

.uh my Ebay  tracker showed  that my order was sent to nearby town 4 miles away this morning..that has "Never-" happened before!!!

What is going on????SMH!

hmmm..wonder if it will be delivered to my town now and be delivered today??

    Uh  are you going to eat out after his yearly doctors visit🤗?

Me needs to text son...my pop-coke is almost gome and need more...not walking to store...humidity is 93% !

@cowboy sam : Not sure about package delivery and praying that UPS doesn't go on strike. 

Have you read anything about the recent Walmart + fees being reduced for low income ,ssa  income for like $49 year or less than $7 per month, but shipping orders no fee or minimal order? I can't post photos. Check out walmart/Plus/ Assist.

Forgot to add: after the appointment we went to Cheddars  to eat. I had the  pasta with grilled chicken, broccoli and Alfredo sauce. Huge serving and will enjoy the other half for lunch tomorrow.
