Friday, DH and myself were on the jet ski and he accidentally flipped it! We are both okay, and some passersby's helped us turn it back over. I have to admit I was a little scared. It happened so fast! I think he over corrected a turn and bam 💥! In the water. I'm too old for this! I will take over the driving from now on. He also lost his glasses in the lake and had to drive to Knoxville to get a new pair yesterday.

thank you....i am feeling better today!

neighbor lady mentioned for me   last night   not" to drink my water with powdered electrolites  in it after walking close to bedtime...as it has sugar in it!

It could be what was causing leg cramps....so listened to her...and i slept so good last night!

Will you be going to church with your dh today?
