the quackers will be worth it - takiing the long scenic route

regarding the question on the green onions

i eat some  completely - greens and the white bottoms

the ones i did not - and they kinda get wilty and slimey bc a bunch or 2 is a lot

i plant them with NO prep - they will grow new shoots on the side which you can harvest and eventually a flower stalk will emerge from the center - i hae a bunch in various stages of opening

my foodie niece saw a flowering scallion when she was over a few years ago - and said - those are expensive at the farmer's market - what???? why... bc u can eat them. and they have a short season -  huh,,,, never knew that

so when i made my egg salad sandwich a few days ago - li sprinkle a few on top

from google,....

my garlic crop was a flop

i saw some clips - plant cloves from (supermarket)  in the fall
they will sprout leaves and need a cold resting period (winter)

and in the the spring - more leaves will emerge and when the leaves die back in the early summer - pull them up

my leaves died in late april - i pulled up 1 single new clove - NOT a bulb

i see other videos whre u buy the begginings of garlic or onions to plant bc supermarekt scraps dont work.... dont know....

i'm so glad u can get out some days and cubi the other times

are u able to go forward and backwards? working different muscles? perhaps

my mom had one and it did that and also a tension knob

it was hard when i did it for a while 

i know u have mentioned that ur pancake sil goes out to eat with ur dh

do they ever go to a mall to eat? then u can go and walk while they dine?

i know being around pancake may be difficult bc i'm sure she has ideas on how it should be done....

yes..it was very good!.

but i wishi could remember name it was called...it wasn't just a  just a cheeseburger name.  or panni..sigh

I just returned from a  10 block walk w.  myneighbor friend...very humid out now!
