Good Morning Y'all: I was on my cubi 2

today for 60  minutes and hard to read the info on it. My pedometer on my cell phone isn't that great but indicated 4000 steps but walking time 35 minutes, and trying to find something else. Haven't heard anything else from friends about waking this week. I am determined to do something everyday.🤗❤

yay on working out on the cubi

if the pedometer is wonky

just use a timer - 30 minutes everyday or whatever goal you choose to do

i firmly believe that once you get into a routine - something you HAVE to do

it will become automatic - best to set a time aside for it

very easy to say - i will do it after breakfast - after laundry - after lunch

and then - maybe i will do it tomorrow

i know bc i can talk myself out of doing something easily and eat a cookie

the only thing that is difficult is boredom - watch a tv show 1/2 hr comedy

then you know once the show is done - you have completed 1/2 hr

it doesnt have to be everyday - let your body guide you

cubi a few days a week and maybe something for arms the other days

we will all root for you -

as i wrote the other day

birdies ripped the head off my string beans before hey were established

they tend to like bsby shoots

they dont even eat it - just ripped it and dropped it on the ground

i also just have a stem on one and hoping maybe a side shoot?

the other was dead dead dead

something ran through or maybe high winds

but my row of tomatoes - bruised leaves and floppy

i supported them with stakes this morning

i asked zoe if she did it

she sez she is a good kitteh - should i believe her????

@Yahooey  Just 1 peony plant, deep pink, about 10 blooms and 3 flooped to the ground. I should tie them to a stick or something. 🤷‍♀️

I agree with @Yahooey that you don't have to worry about how many steps you're doing.  More important is just the time you spend walking or "Cubii-ing".  And trying to do it consistently.  If it's too complicated you'll start finding excuses not to do whatever exercise it is.  And I also agree it's a good idea to pick a tv show to watch regularly to do your exercises so it becomes routine.

Good for you that you're doing so well!  I tend to be good about exercise for a few days and then fall off.  So I've decided that in addition to my regular exercise routine I'm going to do five minutes twice a day on my rebounder.  If I do nothing else, I can do five minutes a few times a day.

So if you can't manage one longer session, try doing a few minutes on the Cubii several time a day.  Every little bit helps and it all adds up! 💪
