Brrrr was only 11degrees when i got up....

now 15 degrees!

Good Morning Everyone! 

"Gawgeous" week ahead of us...Temps will be hitting in the 50's this week and I am so ready to do some outdoor freshening up for Spring...I think I will hang my Spring wreath on our front door this week and clean out the windowbox with its Winter theme....Pansies are in but will have to wait a while longer to plant them when overnight temps get warmer...They are adorable and perk things up until it is time for Summer flowers/plantings...Hey, March 20th is the first day of Spring and I am so ready!

We got together with our friends ( two other couples) to celebrate St. Patrick's Day last night....headed out to an Irish Pub and enjoyed a great meal and some entertainment...I don't like Corned Beef so I got Irish Stew...lamb, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, parsley...It was absolutely delicious!...We made reservations for 3:00 as we knew it would be packed later on and we are still being cautious about overly-crowded places...Afterwards, we headed back to one of the couple's home and enjoyed some grog and dessert and just had a fun time...We got home a little after 12:00...I had somewhat of a restless night and woke up early....jumped in the shower...had a light breakfast...and  I'm now heading out for a good refreshing walk...It's going to be a lazy day today, for sure!

@Yahooey ...Sure you can start your seeds indoors now...It's not too early at all...You will be able to plant them in another month or two...It will be fun to get them started and watch them take hold and Zoe is always there to give you a helping Paw! 

eta:...I've been starting to check out some of our rescue shelters online and their listings of adoptable cats, along with their histories....Of course, they all capture my heart...However, one especially caught my eye...from the Humane Society...a Male...8-1/2 years old...with sleepy eyes and such a sad looking face...I keep going back to his profile.,..I'm almost ready to rescue another that is in need of a loving home...in my precious Shadow's memory!

Do you remember a little while ago when I was thinking about changing my "user name"?...Well, you will notice that I am now "MyShadowLove"...in memory of my precious panther kitty, Shadow, who crossed over the Rainbow Bridge last October. 

Let me know how you like it...okay?...I couldn't use just "Shadow" as that was already taken...I'm going to add a sig line indicating my former "user name".
