What you really need is the help of a good professional service...They will do everything for you that you need...Would you consider checking  into services that are available in your area?...Just google for "clean-up and removal services" in your area or also, as I have suggested before..."handyman services"...Contact a couple of them and explain your situation...What do you have to lose?...I bet their prices will be reasonable and, when they see your situation and limitations, I bet they would even be willing to work out a discount for you...It's at least a try.

You would finally be able to take a deep breath and relax.

Had a email yester day from Dish  with new billing date to be paid the 23d of this month.

I also got a letter  yesterday letting my last bill was paid in Feb.

Again i tried to go to" my bill".com  as per on envelope to make changes....but it took me to bill pay instead!

While checking around i see Dish has a  discount for seniors!

also

saw i could bundle internet-4or 5 gs for about what i'm paying for at&t

from Hughs . net and bundle it through dish  and phone if i wanted too.hmmmm need to ponder on it more.

Have you ordered more biscotti's today for comfort food??

Hmmm...my watch band is falling apart so went to Wally  on line ...and i ordered myself a Timex 

plus..

   ordered  more plain and more choc. biscotti's total- 8 boxes total

and some old fashion oatmeal ( not the instant kind).

It upsets me a bit that i'm not shopping in regular stores

but" it is what  it is "

and  dealing with things  but by doing so i keeping myself healthy...not being around others.

"Be kind to yourself"

some things you can change and some you can't change but can live with it.🤗
