Hope your feet are feeling better today🤗

I said no to walking until neighbor called...and  then i bundled up ,long coat with hood on it,and wore my gloves it felt like it was trying to rain or snow but we couldn't see it !

I just fixed me a mug of hot chocolate,w/min. marshmellows and a dash of cinnomon  and it tastes good.

Whatcha going to eat for your evening meal???

Good Morning Y'all: What's up for today and the weekend?

I need to clean the carpet in my middle room. I purchased the Tide Oxi spray cleaner. I will do that Sunday afternoon and let it set over night and vacuum Monday morning. 

Really dread the next room that is DH tv room and he is a hoarder. The worst room of all is his computer  room.So I see much resistance and conversations. These two rooms haven't been cleaned in three years. Embarrassing to admit. I normally give DH a deadline before spring: if you don't want me to move stuff - you need to start cleaning. Relieved that his two rooms are at the end of the hall and doors remain closed if someone comes over.

So the next couple of weeks will be interesting.🤔😮🙄🙄🙄🙄

my knee cap kept slipping since was a young teen and then pop back into place

so the surgeon cut the side that was pulling

strings? yarn? 

the procedure was called laterial release

it took a long time to heal

i have a 5 inch vertical scar

when docs see that - wow - we dont do that anymore

they did in 1986

@Yahooey : Your scar can help start conversations. My first scar on my left foot in 1966 from the top of my foot to almost to my knee. Plus included scars on both sides of the ankle and from the back of my heel and up 6 inches. The cast was all the way up my leg and stopped 3 inches below the top of my leg. I was so little and under weight and the cast was big and thick.  I struggle walking with crutches. I stayed tired and hungry and Mom said that I was eating more than my brother and couldn't gain weight.

Growing up the scar is still visible but doesn't look as long. Always a lot of questions if I went to see any other doctors.😃
