@Yahooey ...Oh No!!!!!...It's definitely a pain when these major things happen and throws our daily lives totally out of control....Looking on the bright side, you are lucky to have a brother who is a plumber and can fix the piping for you and the kitchen renovation will be exciting too....well, after it is done, that is...Are you able to block your kitchen area off from the rest of your living area or is it an open floor plan?...If you are able to, then that would definitely help to cut down on the mess that is to come while your kitchen renovation is taking place...You must be exhausted!
Sending (((((Hugs))))) To You and Zoe! ![]()

@Yahooey : Stressful while dealing with the changes but huge blessing that your brother can do the work.
During our remodel had to deal with changes daily. Tried to purchase the thickest tarp material to hang and tape. Kept two rooms closed but still had dust. Tried daily to clean up but continuous and exhausting. Hated the daily issue of what to eat.We put a table in the living room for the coffee pot, microwave and toaster. Purchased a supply of paper towels, paper plates, bowls and plastic ware, cups and glasses.

just sitting down to eat some dinner
microwave leftovers from lunch and last night's leftover dinner
finished - vacuuming- washing floors and just the immeidate dishes that i use daily that were in the dishrack - the other dishes that i had to pull out of the bottom cabinets (source of leak) - will be packed away and will wash them later when they go into the new cabinets -
left some dishes by curbside since tonight i take the garbage out and they were taken already
putting the 2nd load of laundry in the dryer - i washed all the blankets since the dust probably migrated when i was walking in and out -
my brother isnt a plumber - a jack of all trades - followed my dad around since he was a little kid and learned to do stuff -

Good Morning Y'all: @Yahooey - hope you were able to get some much needed rest.
My QVC dress order included return label so will return even having to pay( amount deducted from refund).
Hopefully the tax man will call so I can be free to get out and do more. Thinking about asking a couple of church ladies to take me clothes shopping and then some where for lunch.
Yesterday after church we went to our top rated restaurant. Previously in local paper reported that they had added two human size robots to help due to staff shortage. I had forgotten about this. They were at the hostess station when we entered the restaurant. Very interesting but kinda scary at the same time especially the eyes. After we were seated the robots were not in our area but you could hear a buzzing sound as they were moving a round. That made lunch different.
What do y'all have planned for this week?

@Yahooey ...
You deserve a nice relaxing swim...drifting along with, not just one rubber ducky but, heck, take a bunch of rubber duckies with you and I don't think it will be frowned upon at all...As a matter of fact, I bet that most will envy your rubber duckies and want a couple of their own...What a wonderful fun time you all will have...the whole pool being filled with everyone having a blast with their rubber duckies!..😂

Did ya treat yourself to many bites of your home made picsotti's??You desvers to eat as many or all of them🤗
My 2 gifts from son arrivered early yesterday,a day or 2 early!
#I box contained a wind chime of a bronze colored bird nest with 2 baby birds in nest with mouths open and with momma bird on rim of nest looking at them them...all in bronze colored.
The chimes below nest has 12 small bronze colored small bells and a clapper hanging down below.![]()
#2 box...is a Bronze colored "solar light" wind chime...also bronze colored..
SolarChime has hanging down:
2bronze suns with rays,
2 bronze stars
2 bronze slivers of moon
#1How theses solar lights work
If light is charged in full sunlight for at least 8 hours in full sunlight everyday ,light should last for at least 6hours at night.
#2 Choosing a location:
Choose a location in full direct sunlight where solar panel can recieve at least 6 hours of light each day.
"But" instructions says the selected area location should" not" be near other night-time light sources such as a porch light or street light.
(.I have outdoor house light/w/motion sensor...and steet light shine.!)
as they cause solar light to turn off automaticlly!
Also
Shadowed location will not allow the batteries to charge fully and reduce the hours of night time lighting.
hmmm..so now wondering where i can place it????
or
do i want it to be solar powered to light up at night/? yes!
