Good Afternoon Y'all: On the phone all morning. Told Thursday that someone would call about the fridge. Frustrated that every time you call or the call gets transferred have to repeat everything. First call said I was told to wait 72 hours instead of 24: Not true. Second call from property damage team. Told her damage to fridge. She said she couldn't help and call Whrilpool.

I called the original team and asked to speak to a manager. Lady pulled my case up and asked a lot of questions.

She said it would be easier for her to assign another case number and rewrite the case issues with more clarification and expedite the case back to my local Lowe's. She will request a refund so that I can purchase another fridge and the sales price to be honored but give them 24 hours to respond. I asked what if the local store doesn't have the fridge and has to be ordered from the same distribution center that caused all the problems? She said it will be different and the documentation will clarify the issue and for it to be expedited asap. So waiting again. I am physically and mentally exhausted. I have so much to do but not doing anything today.

@Yahooey : Thank you. Still trying to make better food choices. This morning small bowl of healthy cereal. Drinking more water. Small bowl of soup. Apple. Next treat a snack of cheese, crackers and nuts. Loss 7 pounds with the cabbage diet and cravings really decreased. Determined to do much better.

Good Morning Y'all: @cowboy sam @JaneMarple - Hope you are feeling better and your day will include sunny and warmer weather. For me if the day is cloudy, raining or cold makes it more difficult to get motivated to get up and doing something. Today for me it is cooler but sunny. I am determined to get more things done while waiting for another call. I have to keep the phone and paper with me. One plus is using the speaker phone while being put on 'hold' for extended periods of time. I feel like I am back in school because I have used so much notebook paper and busy writing a lot of notes. I had to order more ink pens and notebook paper.

@MyShadowLove : Hope you were successful in finding the washer you needed yesterday.

Time for me to get up and get busy.🤔
