Yesterday busy research on refrigerators. With Home Depot what was available for delivery by 1/13/23 was the Frigidaire and Whirlpool with the 33 inch width to fit in my area. The reviews were filled with statement: obtained from a promotion event and I don't trust them so I looked for older reviews. Both brands had issues that I am currently dealing with. The reviews were divided between appliance very quiet or very loud. Very confusing . Still haven't heard from repair friend but just trying to determine what would be available.

I ordered: this ice cube tray to try since I spill and make a mess with the old fashioned ones. We have disconnected the ice maker since it is very loud and cause other problems with the refrigerator. Also considering when purchasing a new refrigerator not using the ice maker. The counter top ice makers are heavy( at least for me) and you have to empty them at the sink and clean them out.Making decisions not easy and what we are trying to replace very expensive.

I think the most burners I've ever used is maybe 3?  It's mostly 1 or 2.  

The griddle is removable and you can use the burner the "normal" way.  I don't really use the griddle all that much.  It's a nice feature, but it can get messy with spatter.  I have an electric griddle for pancakes or French toast.  It's much easier to regular the cooking temperature too.

Remodeling the kitchen is such an overwhelming task.  I'd almost rather move.  LOL

Can your husband help you with the ice cube trays.  You can fill them and he can put them in the freezer?  Bagged ice is also an option?  

I don't know much about the countertop ice makers.    They seem like they take up a lot of room and need to be emptied?  or they don't hold the ice once it's made?  Sorry, I'm on help on that.

I'll tell her, she's a real trooper. She's had a few hiccups since her diagnosis but it doesn't get her down. I'll let her know that you asked about her.
