This morning...

My 2 friends called and we went to a family resturant in nearby town had meatloaf dinner.No gravy !Gave us 3 slices of meatolaf    each and i brought 2 slices home!

friends dh ate my green beans  but i ate meatloaf,mashed tatoes,and salad that looked like dandelions.lol

Then we went to a groc. in that town..i bought 2 cans of Cambell bean and smoked ham soup...$4.16 a can!!! but i was hungry for it!   

After i got home i went to Walmart and they had it but  limit of order12  for $31.24  or $2.60 each!I also ordered a box of 50 envelopes of Nestles dark chocolate  hot chocolate for $23.50  and got free shipping on both delivery Nov.22-Dec.01

Then went to Amazon

to buy "Hormel Chili with turkey and beans."..again could only order 12 cans@$29.16-$2.43 pr can 

plus... i bought a box of 9 packs  of no shells roasted pistachios@6.94 for daughter as Christmas gift for daughter,

next for myself

"Bare"     brand of   baked  dried crunchy apples 8-pkgs plain plus 8 with cinnomon. 

 delivery  Nov30-Dec.1

Later neighbor called me and we went for a walk.

@cowboy sam : Wonderful that you found what you needed on line.

Well: DH didn't tell me but he found the site on line "Boxed" or what ever to place large orders. He ordered several boxes of cereal and pop tarts. Plus wanted to surprise me with a box of waffle ice cream cones but the problem= a case of box ice cream cones = 6. He said that he only ordered one. So .....@ Preds friends need to come over for an old fashioned ice cream social.Please send me a list of everyone's favorite ice cream. I promise that I will order the ice cream.❤🤗😊

i got the results back from the bloodwork - 

i have gain weight - more than last year which is more than the year before

not happy about it - my triglycerides and A1C went up  - probably bc of the weight gain - my cholesterol went down which i'm really happy about

i'm not on any meds - it is just this weight and i'm short 5'1 and shrinking probably

i havent been walking like i did last year bc i have develop a pain in my heel during the summer - it gets more aggravated if i do long walks -

i still swim and i still EAT more than i should - ice cream not a staple? 😢

@Yahooey , I am NOT cooking! If they want food, they can drive an hour away and go to a restaurant. This ****** where "we might come" is exhausting.

Good Morning Everyone...just caught up with your most recent posts and will be back later when I have more time to post....got some errands and other stuff to take care of this morning...Meanwhile...

Just adding that the small town closest to us has a few restaurants but no chains. All mom and pop businesses and they close the whole Thanksgiving weekend. They are always closed on Sundays. Sometimes on Mondays. Or whenever they feel like it. DH and I are going to a lodge on Thanksgiving day for their buffet. We went last year and it was wonderful!

@loveschocolate ...I am so happy and relieved to catch your most recent post  as I was going to post to you later after reading about the "Interlopers" who were planning a caravan to your home on Thanksgiving Weekend...Their behavior is beyond insensitive and intrusive and I could add more but it would get deleted. LOL

I'm thrilled for you that you and DH will be able to share a wonderful and relaxing Thanksgiving Day together at a beautiful lodge with a yummy buffet...I'm breathing a sigh of relief for you!
