ai es a dum bunny

i know i'm not supposed to drink cawfee past 4 but sometimes i do and be sure to cut myself off 5pm - it is NOT a big gulp size - but u know....

i should know tea has caffeine also and i know when i have drank a cup before bedtime - sleep will NOT come

what do i do? oooh Fall weather - had a cup of Orange Spice Tea during the day - it was so good and decided to have a cup after dinner - duh

CAFFEINE.... midnight comes and goes, 1am, 2am - 

then up early to feed Zoe

why cant i remember NOT to drink - it really was so good at night - sigh

@Bri369 : Thank you. I already know one friend that will say it looks bad having them displayed. I only know that it was a problem for me and caused a lot of back pain. This is in the den where we live. If we have company we take them to the new family room and we don't have company very often.
