Hi Y'all: I go up early to cook. Was suppose to turn cloudy around noon with thunderstorms after 1. I decided to bake the White Lilly Vanilla pound cake with the recipe adding sour cream and using two cake mixes to make a whole pound cake instead of the loaf. This time I decided to add extra vanilla to the cake mix and glaze. So much easier and quick instead of baking from scratch. Cooked within 55 but should have checked sooner and taken it out of the oven about 6 minutes earlier. It was still good and no gummy areas in the top or center. For our special meal : Cooked in the pressure cooker and finished in the oven- bbq country ribs. Baked beans and cheated using can but added extra stuff. Corn on cob. Cole slaw and used the tricolor mix with bottle dressing. DH was happy and enough leftovers for tomorrow. Y'all doing anything special?🤗♥️

Your meal sounds delicious!   I'm so glad your pound cake turned out well.   

It's very cloudy and cool here.  We're just grilling later.  I made some pasta salad and a coconut cake.   We'll have burgers and hot dogs, beans and corn.

Its a Totino's thin crust  and not   a lot of tomato sauce and cheese  on it  and   doesn't taste like other brands !

Why  do I buy it?

I guess less calories IDK?

All but the corn...i'm sensitive to it  so need to leave it alone.

I did some Christmas jewelry shopping for Brighton earrings for my daughter yesterdayon Ebay. 

She picked a few out and i told her to put on my watch list  as we were looking  at them.

Her b-day is the 8th and i gave her  black Anuschka  Garden Fairy purse and matching wallet early this week.

uh, she told me she had already bought the purse and told me i should keep it so we would have matching bags..but she loved the wallet and kept it!

I was unhappy😡 about  her spending her money  on hers ..even if making payments on it!

I need to let it go!

store bought lemon layer cake - was good and didnt feel heavy

a light thunder but dont know if any real rain is happening

on my weather - no rain.... go figure
