@Yahooey ...I'm just a light eater and prefer eating small amounts of food throughout the day rather than eating large portions of food at one meal...so I call myself a grazer...No specific time periods or schedule... It also depends on what the meal is, as some meals are lighter or heavier than other meals, so there are definitely times when I do eat everything together like, during the Fall & Winter months, when cooking up a yummy oven roast with vegetables and potatoes or chicken and cornish hens with stuffing and vegetables, than I will eat everything together, of course, but my portions will be light...I just can't eat a lot of food at one time.

Oh and, by the way, we have shared in the past our love of seafood...So I have to add that I don't have a problem eating a 1-1/4 lb. steamed lobster at all whatsoever...Now I'm hungry for lobster...lol

Our precious @dooBdoo ...How wonderful to see your beautiful post...You are missed on these forums and so very special to all of us...I'm so sorry for the struggles that you have been going through and am sending you lots of healing thoughts and (((((Hugs))))).

My continuous prayer on my mind throughout each day, my dearest and blessed friend in our ten wonderful years I am sincerely, now, and have treasured without ever having to say.

I am now leaving for a while ...in a few minutes... taking care of something quite important~•will be allowed back home by 9.01•
