nothing cooking today but i did cut a pineapple - does that count?

2 actuall bc it was a 2fer sale...

will freeze it and make sorbet next week - never did that either but looks easy enough

ai es a glutton for punishment...

yesterday after the mani / pedi

i lounged around eating cookies w/cawfee in the afternoon

ice cream in the evening.... and remember i said i wanted to lose weight?

so i said to myself - u were a slug yesterday... go for a walk

havent really done a long walk in weeks bc of heat

i knew it was hot but boy was it hot

i walked so slow - think i had heatstroke

it took me close to 3 hrs for the 6 miles

i had a bagful of plastic that i wanted to rid in Lowe's (they collect)

so.... i trudged on... dumped my plastic - bought some cleaning products and came back -  finished my dirnk i took w/me and bought an iced cawfee

showered - threw in a load of laundry 

ate lunch and cut 2 pineapples...

i'm done for the day....

We finally have rain..  the slow falling knd!

duh!..i took a little nap and woke up,put my rain coat on and checked my mailbox for mail a bit ago then it hit me after signing in here its Sunday..no mail!🙄

Me needs a cold glass of pop and get cob webs outta my head!!!SMH!

It was a nice gentle rain, not a storm.  It was so nice.  It's a little cooler out there too.

Silly girl, no mail on Sunday.  

Drink some pop and rest up.

I just heard some thunder and it's very dark here.  I don't know if it's going to be a gully washer or just a regular storm.
