@Yahooey

It's the same here.  I opened the door and all the humidity hits you in the face.  Yucky.

Enjoy your quinoa and relax!

trying to time my harvesting of tomatoes

i got many ripening cherries but only a few reg that are still blushing

my gazpacho recipe calls for 2 lbs of maters

it takes a lot of cherries to make 2 lbs

hope to throw in a reg or 2 in the mix

this is for next sunday when young niece visits

never made gazpacho or even eten it.... hope we all like it

she is a pescatarian (no meat)

of course focaccia is on the menu

and if i have extra maters - will make the roasted tomato sauce which will become a cold soup cuz i know that was good - another 2 lbs of maters

if my reg decide to ripen - then we are all good - they ahve been blushing for a while  i give it a little tug and still wont fall off the fine - do they fall off the vine like cherries?

or maybe panzanella salad? never made or eaten either

I've never had gazpacho.  I'm sure it's delicious and very healthy.

Panzarella salad is awesome.  That's the carb lover in me speaking.  LOL

i used to love deep frying green tomatoes...loved the crust!

flour, dip in eggs  whipped w/fork ,with salt&pepper, dipp back into flour, put in hot grease  until as brown as crust as you want....take out and use napkins or paper towels to absorb grease  er cooking oil  and eat!   yummy!

Loved darker crust...also can be fried in frying pan in hot grease.

My mom made fried tomatoes.  She sometimes breaded them, sometimes didn't.  They would eat them on crusty bread.   They're very delicious
