In laws are due here "sometime" over the next few days. Haven't heard from them. They will just show up when the mood strikes them. 🙄

When they were in Ohio a month ago they made plans to see my DD's new apartment. Well, they just showed up, without calling, and she was in the shower. They told her they would be back at noon. She waited, and waited. At 2:30pm, they called and said they wouldn't be coming. No explanation, no excuse.

Good Morning Y'all: Lawdy was grocery shopping this morning. I wanted to select my produce and few other items. The jalapeño peppers were bagged in plastic bag. The peppers were small and like 5 to a bag for $1.48. 😳🤷‍♀️I normally use 30 medium size jalapeños to make a batch of jelly. Praying that the garden will produce a lot. I purchased  extra  bags of sugar to save for the jelly making. I have a good supply of the jars, lids, bands and pectin. The cost of everything is very frustrating.

@Bri369 : I just emailed SIL about my shopping experience at WalMart this morning and told her about the size and price of the peppers. Also mentioned the increased cost of a 4 pound bag of sugar and especially the WalMart brand. Told her that I will be praying for their garden to be successful. I purchased a four pound bag of the chicken wings to experiment with my air fryer and the price had increased $2 ( $16). The eight pound bag was $30 and both were the WalMart brand.

The i decide i needed some nore vid 3 and a few other items from iherb- they ship from suburb in Chicago...went to put infornation for. credit card in..and i got denied...not once but 3times....

duh..i finally realized i put  experation date as 2027  for c.card!....nope it is 2026!!!  then i was able to submit my order

oh..on each item i  buy  it's  their  " NOW"   brand  as they don't have anything i'm allergic to  in them as they  are Kosher   but i'm not... and i haven't had any problen taking them.
