I have several of the label tape cartridges and need to use them up. They will not fit the newer brother brand label makers .Of course a newer one and the tape is more expensive .
The dishwasher purchased in 2008 was for $299 because it was an open box sale and had a small scratch on it that really wasn't noticeable. DH said well please if we need a new dishwasher get one that isn't so loud and takes less that the 3 hours to wash a load of dishes 😁. I said ok and reminded him that next month was my birthday and a new dishwasher would be a great gift but let me find what I need and you pay for it.....deal please.😁

My dishwasher has a problem too. The intake valve lets a trickle of water into it constantly. A friend volunteered to fix it, but you know how that goes...never heard back.
Anyway, since it's just me, I normally just do my few dishes by hand. I've turned off the water valve under the sink to the dishwasher and the leak is solved. If I want to use the dishwasher, I just turn the water on, let the dishwasher do its thing, and then turn the water back off.
I'm keeping things down to a minimum and trying to hold the place together until I (hopefully) can move and downscale. I have to pick and choose my battles.

@geezerette : I totally agree and understand. Wonderful that you solved the leak. My problem may be the filter but it is a big hassle to remove the bottom assembly stuff to get to the filter. I don't use my dishwasher every day but when I do a lot of cooking, canning and during the holidays. I am also trying to save money for the backyard fence that will be expensive. Always something.
I will be praying that you will be able to move and downsize.♥️🤗🙏🙏

@cowboy sam : Glad you were able to do a few things. It didn't rain yesterday and our grass really needs rain.
I am so tired. Don't really feel like cooking but decided to do beef tips in my pressure cooker and the serve with rice. We have a watermelon to snack on later.
Get some rest and enjoy your day.♥️🤗🙏🥤🥤🥤🥓🥓🥓🥓🥞🥞🥞

Sorry for those having dishwasher problems. If I ever build my own dream house, I want a 2 drawer dishwasher.

Did you get any rain Saturday?
Ours only lasted a few hours and stopped but grass does look a little greener today tho.
Did you have any protest parades, or anything over the weekend?
Hope your dad has a good day today!![]()
