this thread in preds fashion -

is to lift our spirits up when needed

a shoulder to lean on when facing challenges

when pancakes enter our lives - vent away and  let go cuz doing something drastic would not be good, and i personally dink @cowboy sam may have used our bail $$$ cuz she is a bit naughty but we lubs her lotz

i may have mentioned this before - but it is important

heart disease is the #1 killer in women but we always seem to dink it is a men's disease

several years ago - my nephew who was under 40 - thin and looks fit - 

was riding his bike and wearing a heart monitor - something wasnt right according to the doohickey - he stopped and got a friend to pick him up w/bike to go home

went to the hospital - did tests and they kept him there for the ensuing stents

skeered us silly - dad (his GF) had stents put in several times 

my brother who doesnt exercise and eats poortly got his posterior to a cardiologist

he needed stent or stents put in

i went to get tested along with my niece (his sister) the females were fine

if u have a history - better to be sure and do something about it

sending u lots of lubs and i always ❤️ hearing stories about ur GC uof course Zoe want to hear all about Sir Winston

that is so scary.  I'm so glad your family got tested and all is well.  You really never know about heart stuff and can't take anything for granted, even if weight is good, eat healthy, and get some form of exercise. 

@cowboy sam keeps buying all those pretty bags and matching wallets.  She's been dipping into the bail fund.  LOL

It's too hot to cook.

I'm making a tomato caprese salad with shrimp.  I'll toast some pita bread.  That's the extent of heating up the kitchen for today.
