Hello Friends,

All the flowers except the blue ones are Lenten Roses.  I know because we have them around the house.  Plants grow in clumps and spread very well on their own.  One clump can have several different colors blooms, including pale green.  I love to bring them in for Easter.  They are very hardy, but need shade, buy hardy, I mean I’ve tried to thin them and tossed the ones I pulled out into the woods.  Next spring, I had clumps growing in the woods!

Had an amazing crop of Peonies this year, took big bunches to several friends.  Have photo, but for some reason I can’t post photos here anymore.  Some computer-gabble about JPGs, blah, blah.  I know dear @dooBdoo will know how to repair.  Doobs, we love you.

It is almost ten years since Sandy Hook.  This is yet so eerily similar.  Like a nightmare happening all again.  Why can’t we protect our precious Innocent children?

That's the one thing - the're so heavy, they fall over.  

When I go to the grocery store, I see them in the flower department.  They're over $20 for a few blooms.
