dear preds  and friends

Had a nice lunch with daughter in another town for lunch,it was very busy!

She had a ham dinner special  and me well i ordered a small salad and a grilled chicken sandwich!

We went to a Goodwill store and i bought myself a very pretty blouse and a coffee cup with a "sloth" hanging on a branch..and it had a smile on its face.

I bought my daughter some dressy pants and work pants there and went to another thrift store and she founds some new tops.I bought nothing there for  me 

She is still dealing with the fall out of   missing work while Curt  was in the hospital  and  was sent a letter by  Corporation HQ of the grocery store  telling her that if she missing any more days off this year  they could let her go..er fired!😡      

She has gone to the store union  for and they are trying to keep them from firing her...they are allowed only 18 days off w/or with  out pay in a year  and she has missed more than alloted days "even" with having doctors confirmation why   she needed time off..dr. wants her not to go back to work until next week! 

 Union is trying to help her get  short term mental heath disability  with pay!  Right now she has no income from store unless she returns to work!

I will stop blubbering now...thanks for letting me ramble.

Aww, that is so frustrating.  I hope they can get everything straightened out for your daughter.

It's going to get very warm here this week.  Tomorrow will be 89.

I am not ready for that yet.

no one is ever ready for 89 degree weather unless u are on a beach 

there is never a need for that temp inland 

but then i get melty when it is 80

i'm waiting for round 2 on meyer lemon tree - out for delivery

so.... i wait

got the pot and soil....

may transplant some of the other houseplants -

removing some dead stuff and some are overgrown

i need my weather to stay in the 60s before i can sow directly into soil

we had 40s yesterday - WTH

sending cookies to whomever needs them today

It's finally sunny today after days of rain. ☀️ 

Work isn't too busy (yet). 

I need to find something good on tv to stream. Any suggestions? I think I've reached the end of Netflix.

Let's head to the beach.  Oh, wait, we have to wait for the lemon tree.  I hope your delivery goes off without a hitch.  Yikes.

scratching my head as i think once upon a time in the past

that there was a song about Lemon Tree???

Beach??? uh i have tops and shorts but no swimsuit  

Its windy ,humid also also be 89 today...then possible rain/storms rest of week!now 70!
