@Bri369 : I need to drink more water but not tasting good and really prefer coffee. For less calories trying black coffee but yuck. Can't win.♥️☕️☕️☕️☕️

I can't drink black coffee.  I'm trying to wean myself off of Spenda.  I'm down to one packet in the first cup, and then not addding it to the second cup.  I used to use 3 packets per cup.  

 

I do use some Vanilla oat milk, but not much.  

 

Water is very hard for me.  I have to force myself.  The water has to taste good.  I'll squeeze some lemon or use sliced cucumbers.  Sometimes it has to be ice cold, sometimes room temp.  I'm like Goldilocks.  LOL

@Bri369 : I know that sugar isn't good and trying to reduce the amount consumed. I am still concerned about Splenda and using less. Trying to warn SIL about excessive use of Splenda. I have been so bad and need to get back on track. Time to face reality and do something.

@Bri369 : Thank you. I indulged too much with our anniversary and Easter. Really started at Christmas when I made cookies. I am addicted to sugar. Researching and know that I need to include fiber enriched foods and more water to decrease cravings. But easier said than done.♥️

i opened a can of chips - ate 3/4 last night around 9pm
