the winds and rain have arrived - it is supposed to be howling in an hr

from 5mph to 20mph - me staying in and hunkering down

raining now and  a chance of snow?? ending sunday

i'm starting at 5'1" - shrinkage - yikes

i never have gotten into sugar free substitutes

so never drink diet colas and the like

i now dont even consume softdrinks - but rather just water, cawfee, tea and juice (every so often) - i dink any substitutes are harmful to ur body - but dat's just me

i rather just eat less of the real ding - (but then i really don't) - one thing that has been consistent with me for many years is that i do exercise - it has changed through the decades.... now slower and not as strong but just holding onto what i do have... we all do what we can ... whether in diet, physical activity and brainwave stillness... cleanse the mind .... be cat like .... eat - sleep - groom

@Yahooey : Totally agree and understand. Me currently 5'1" and previously 5'4 ". Now to get the inches to decrease everywhere else on my body.😳😀

Good Morning Y'all: Need a good laugh? DH just got up and stated that he didn't get any sleep last night and didn't storm🤷‍♀️😳. Me: Well that is very interesting since your snoring 😴  and the storm  kept me awake 🤷‍♀️😳🤗♥️🤔.

Woke up to heavy rains and wind, then turned to sleet and now it's snowing. Have I mentioned I need to go to a tropical island? 🏝
