@dooBdoo : Thank you. DH said probably something with her (.net sight).

I went on a long trail while in my yahoo account. I clicked on settings- my personal info came up and only option on page was edit or home button. Went back and clicked on settings and same thing. No other options to click on more settings. Manage account just showed account info. Couldn't find or access anything dealing with blocked or to unblock.

@dooBdoo @Yahooey : DH helped me with the yahoo account. Friends emails were in the spam folder and we selected all and indicated not spam. I didn't do anything to block friends emails and she will not believe me. I will call her and tell her to please send email. I appreciate y'all taking extra time and trouble to help me.🤗♥️♥️♥️Stay safe.

could be that her dot suffix is not something yahoo recognizes and threw it in the spam folder

@Yahooey : Thank you. Yep. My DH agreed that had to be something in her dot suffix that yahoo did not like. Ok this is what I do: I use the mail icon ( or what ever it is called) on my IPad home page to check my emails and send emails. That set up doesn't have the spam folder but one for junk. Plus - her emails were not in the junk folder.Then when I signed into my email account = this one has a junk and spam folder and it had over 1, 599 spam emails🤷‍♀️😳. The last time that I signed into the yahoo account was last August when I received my Samsung smart phone. Yes , DH said that I needed to sign in more often.So it's still Monday.
