Hello Preds and Friends!

I've had no adventure.  I was on the couch, did some laudry, back to the couch, did some work, back to the couch, and I'm back on the couch again.

My throat feels like it's on fire and feels like sandpaper at the same time.

Hope you're all well

@Yahooey

Never heard of mocha bread, but I avoid the bakery section of any store just because of too many temptations.

Sounds like a lot of walking, but nice to get out and about to see things.  I don't think I've been inside any of those stores in YEARS!

If left to my own devices, I would be in bed by 6 pm most nights in the winter.

Off to get a mammo this morning and browse a "Super" Walmart.  That will drain my energy for the morning Cat LOL

Hope you got some sleep!

could be old wives tale or not - but i do this when i have a sore throat

gargle warm salted water = several times a day

plus i sipped lots of honey in my hot water -i can go through a large bottle of it in a week- i know swallowing hurts - never did do the lemon tea thing - i drink tea usually straight -

hugs to you ❤️❤️❤️❤️

First sign of a sore throat and it was off to the bathroom with warm salt water gargle.  Then at night mom slapped on or slathered my chest in Vicks vaporub.  I was prone to bronchitis.
