@Bri369, Sorry your DD is so sick.  I know she is in good hands, and my best wishes that she is completely well soon.

Our COVID rates here in CT are through the roof, as in many other places.  Sending you and your DD love and hugs.

Well, i had cabin fever and with the sunshine  when neighbor called ...i was so happy to get out and stretch my legs! And walking so careful to avoid ice on sidewalks and walk beside it in the snow.

Neighbor friend a few times gently toughed my elbow on right side for a touch of support without being asked  and i used my walking cane.

We were like 2 kids catching up on what was going on in our families, smiling, laughing and enjoying the fresh ,air we forgot about the cold for a while until we did get cold and returned home.

I will now turn into a shut in again, sigh only going out to get newspaper and mail  for close to 2 weeks when the married couple   might call and ask if i need groceries.?

So sorry to hear your daughter is sick.  Hopefully her case will be mild.  Although I think the medical people consider "mild" to be as long as you don't end up in the hospital, not necessarily that you don't feel awful.

Hoping for a quick recovery for her regardless. 🙏💕

@Bri369 : One item that I am worried about. This was a beautiful diamond art  craft print. A church member was selling them and my friend gave me one. It was very large . The frame was rustic but look like used construction paper to what you call it-  background framing. I really didn't have space in my room to hang it. The space my friend chose was where I finally hung my mother's portrait Plus this framed print was as large as my mother's portrait. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️. Then I thought if I continue to hang or display items the two friends will continue to gift similar stuff that I don't want or need.991EB014-AAD4-4E01-90F7-6458E78C4D3A.jpeg

Don't display something you aren't happy with.  It's your home and you live in it.  Donate it, and maybe they'll get the hint to stop giving you things like that.

Thank you!

Ours are sky high too.  I'm beginning to think this will never end.  Smiley Sad
