@cowboy sam, Sorry to hear about your headache issues.  I bought a hot pack thingy for my forehead in CVS,  You heat it in the microwave, put it on your forehead, and it helps with pain.  Hope you are ok!

@SouthernBee, Yes, @Drythe had a brilliant idea about the charity donation.  If SIL does not do, take the money and give it to charity.  So many are in need of so much.  Your SIL is quite the challenge, and I admire your kindness toward her.
