Hello Lovelies!

Welcome back, @Drythe!  You have been missed!

And @SouthernBee, I have been thinking of you.  I am cleaning out so much stuff.  I don’t want to be on that hoarding show.  The end of an era - I am giving all my good painting brushes to little toot.  After years of early American 

painting lessons stopped, I hung on far too long.  My house is overloaded, and others, too.  I used to love the classes, but no one gives them anymore.  When I get house in shape, etc., there are other things I can do.  I used to make cloth dolls and such, too.  Cleaning out closets and will donate to where I used to volunteer - a facility for the elderly poor where they are so lovingly taken care of.  They love the clothing.

@Yahooey, Oh, I am so Impressed by all this cooking talk from you girls.  I used to cook for so many years.  I could not go to college at the traditional age, but started when my youngest entered school.  Took me a while, but I got my 4 year degree.

Amd then I worked for many years, doing cooking for my family all the time.  DH had a demanding job and long commute.

So a few years back, when we changed our diet to very simple food, he told me he wanted to take over cooking dinner.  I figured I would jump on his offer.  but I so admire those with love and big interest in cooking,  We do “order out” much more than we ever did.

Are you on Angie's List yet?  You must do very good work to keep getting hired for these jobs.  

We repainted the kitchen this weekend.  I'm tired and I'm sore.  LOL

painting the kitchen is so much work. So much taping and trim. You deserve a vacation.
