@Witchy Woman ...I'm so happy to see your post...Have you signed up with the proboard forums?...I'm somewhat hesitant and will just give it more time and stay here for the time being and hope that these forums remain.

Yes, I definitely hear you about how the days seem to be going by faster and faster...especially during the past couple of years when our usual lifestyles have become more restrictive and you would think that the days would seem to go slower...but I'm no sooner up and going about my days and...Voila'...the day is over...I'm trying to slow time down a little.,,lol

We are having gorgeous Fall weather here in the Northeast...bright, sunny, cold days...so refreshing...and spending lots of time outdoors getting in plenty of fresh air and exercise...while trying our best to keep up with all of the leaves and taking care of the usual stuff and getting ready for the Winter months...always fussing around.

I'm sure you are keeping busy also in that beautiful home of yours...Do you like the shorter days?...I actually find them very cozy at first and do wish that they would just leave the time alone and as it should be.

We have been out and about more this past Summer and Fall....outdoor activities only...went to a couple of Fall Fairs and took a few drives down to the shore area...and just browsng around some of the quaint little towns.

Spending lots of time on the phone with family members who are located in other States...most in the suburbs of New York...Two of my nieces came up for a couple of short visits over the Summer and it was so wonderful to see them and hug them...We all are still being very mindful and careful and taking care with each other.

I'm sure you are keeping busy with your volunteer work at your local shelters...Have you ever considered being a "snuggler" also?...You would make a great one! 

I haven't checked in on TK recently so plan to peek in a little later on and see what all of their precious residents are up to.

It's so very quiet here...Have you all gone astray and are now posting yonder on the other forum and have left me alone here?...The shame of it all...Traitors!...lol

I just peeked in on proboards and almost signed up, but I just don't feel comfortable about a personal run board...I will just be staying here for now and hope that these forums will stay up and running...

Hi @MyShadowLove 💜 I am not sure where everyone is!  I understand your concerns about  the new board and I respect that. We miss you and everyone else over there. Hope they keep this place around (but I don't think they will). I hope you and others will jot down the web address there in case you ever change your mind. 💜

there are now some popups of a security McAfee - saying security breach

they appear on posters that have and doesn not have McAfee

Hello all Lovelies,

Hoping we are enjoying the season!  It all has beauty, even the bare trees, so you can see their “bones.”  When all the hard work and prep is done, we can enjoy Christmas, if we celebrate it.

Then afterwards, a quiet time.  If you ski, skate, or go sledding, great.  But a good time also to cozy up with a good book, a cuppa of whatever.

And for Missy @Yahooey,

You flatter me that you did think I wuz smart.  I am somebody who is simply book smart, very life dumb, a thinker, planner and...  but not a doer!  I due love funny stuff and funny people.

I have written down the web address just in case, as I don't want to lose touch with my special forum friends from here and the TK thread...I did peek in earlier and almost signed up but then changed my mind for now.

I love your exercise facility @Yahooey ...absolute perfection and you have definitely hired  the best of the best fitness instructors!...Meowmy has signed up!  

@PamfromCT ...I love how you described the Winter Season..."the bare trees and how we can see their bones"...I have also heard the Winter Season described as Mother Nature's Cleansing Season and a time of rest before rejuvenation...Have you also noticed how our bodies respond to the various Seasons and let us know what we need to nurture them during each season...It's fascinating!
