Caught an old Hallmark movie with Sam Elliot called "November Christmas."  Only caught a few minutes of it, but sure enjoyed seeing SE.

I assume he is the namesake of @cowboy sam .

Have been watching a cam in Costa Rica that has baby sloths....so you see where I'm living at the moment 

Then, this morning I discovered a cam that covers Gypsy Vanner horses...and there was a new foal....just born last night.

I even popped in to TK....lots of little scamps running around.

Critters = happy!

@Yahooey, We went to a place called “The White Horse” in the Litchfield area.  We had coconut encrusted shrimp for an appetizer, salad, then a dish of zucchini, squash, pepper, onion, etc. in a flavored tomato sauce topped by puff pastry.

I don’t eat much meat, and this was perfect.  For dessert, I had a specialty flavored bread pudding.

The place is quite old, and known for food and who has dined there.  Not too fancy, which is fine with us.  DH had wine,  but I don’t drink. Guess I am just an old poop.

You sound like such a healthy specimen.  I am impressed with all your exercise.  I think Phyllis Diller once said, “My idea of exercise is a brisk sit.”  Sadly, I do need a kick, since the warm water exercise pool I used to go to has been shut to outsiders.  It is in a lovely assisted living place, where I had gotten PT for my back.  Of course, I did have a setback when some young fella rear ended my car at a high rate of speed.

By the way all Lovelies, I see you can get a subscription to Prevention on Amazon much cheaper.  On the Prevention website, they have different packages you can purchase.  Access to more info, discounts on merchandise, etc.  Never used to have all those options.

i'm the HEY - it's 60 degrees - i'm wearing shorts kinda gurl

my omega 3 came in today - yay

i'm still eating my sweets - just gotta exercise to keep eveythig moving

my results came in from the annual physical

beides the 4lb gain from last year - boo hiss

all my numbers were a teeny teeny and i mean teeny bit lower

which makes me happy - the A1C - cholesterol 

still would like it lower but the ratio or whatever that thing is called is fine

stil dont take meds and i wanna keep it that way

i lubs hearing u call us lovelies

u - are a very special person to me

bit by bit - most of us were locked out

until only a few were left and we were comenting and frantically trying to connect with our friends on the other board

hi - this is easier for me to put what you should be looking for since the other board is limited in attachemnts

you are looking for the URL address - once you figur this out

you can post pics - change ur avatar - etc

once u copy that address - you will paste it 

u can google how to get url address using ur specific computer

for my mac laptop- i place 2 fingers on my trackpad and the dialogue box pops up

i will put the URL address on the other board - so u just have to copy what i wrote and instructions on how to proceeed

Thanks @Yahooey  I'm afraid I won't be able to do it right, but I plan to try after Thanksgiving. Frankly, I was surprised I managed to get a fall picture out there. DH said if all else fails, he'll snap a picture of our Christmas tree and maybe I can get it out there.
