@Bri369 : Yes. Woke up at 5 and was hot . Completed a few small task and was cold. Looked and DH had turned the central heat off and the temperature was 66. Turned heat back on. Covered up and in my recliner and can't get motivated. Suppose to be colder in the morning with an freeze advisory.☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️

and the code will appear in the reply box

i hit return

and start typing

if the space is off - the code wont work

so make sure all the space or non spaces are in there correctly

i'm going to cut and paste here - dont change anything bc i put in the correct spacing

@SouthernBee @Drythe

copy COMMAND C

paste COMMAND V

EXACTLY AS IT IS SHOWN

typing it makes it harder - space is so hard to figure out

@GingerPeach : Totally understand and agree.  In 2016 we had our kitchen remodeled , added a family room and garage while staying in the house. One of the contractors workers came one morning at 6:30 a.m. with a huge boom box on his shoulders and blaring at full volume.  Plus he drove an old big truck that was loud and thumping. Between that and DH reaction very tense scene. They normally arrived at 9 and stopped at 5. Was a 5 month stressful situation but finally worth the time and money.

@SouthernBee, Oh, how I can relate to your post.  A couple years back, we had remodeling done.  Kitchen and pantry/laundry room, half bath downstairs and two full baths upstairs.  Necessary for eventual resale and we may be still in this house a long time.  All subcontractors were considerate and great - except one.  He managed to break through a bathroom wall into a closet in the next room.  Yelled and screamed at his assistant.  Foul language.  Well, DH and he had quite the argument.  Subcontractor was fired by company, and a new guy doing job told us that this jerk had gotten into our attic and stolen some copper pipe.  You couldn’t make it up.

Never, ever, would I live through that again.  All the dust and turmoil.  I would stay at the No Tell Motel if I had to.  But the job came out so well, and we are enjoying our updated look.

Hello Lovelies!

With all my heart, I wish to thank each of you for your happy anniversary wishes.  We celebrated quietly, going out together for a lovely dinner.  It was a treat.

Prognosis not good for SIL’s father.

I have been giving much thought to my limited knowledge of supplements to share.

I finally broke down and subscribed to “Prevention” magazine.  Used to subscribe, then let it lapse ‘cause not cheap.  That was not bright of me.  I got my first copy (December 2021 issue, “Best Natural Remedies,” along with booklet “Super-Health Reports.”  Booklet was freebe for subscription.  Interesting Lovelies, magazine spells out Turmeric/Curcumin for joint and arthritis pain!  Looks like they are selling a book on natural remedies, put out by them.  I will jump, I think!

Meanwhile, I am straining my little brain trying to think of how to convey info here.  If you have a bookstore around that sells this magazine, perhaps you might want to look at a copy and consider a subscription?

Oh, my Christmas present arrived.  Been wanting a Fair Isle sweater, as they are now back in style.  I bought a beauty from LLBean, all cotton so I can wear whenever, but fairly thick and warm.  It was $79, free shipping, and it is a beauty!

I keep my clothes forever and will love it forever.  I may have clothes in my closet older than some Lovelies here.

I am thinking of you all and hopeful I can consolidate what I am learning into Preds Wellness Camp, where we can share info to feel our best we can.  I know Preds would approve!

Lubs,

Pam

@Yahooey and everyone.

Hope you are all enjoying autumn wherever you are.

Caught an old Hallmark movie with Sam Elliot called "November Christmas."  Only caught a few minutes of it, but sure enjoyed seeing SE.

I assume he is the namesake of @cowboy sam .

Have been watching a cam in Costa Rica that has baby sloths....so you see where I'm living at the moment Cat LOL

Then, this morning I discovered a cam that covers Gypsy Vanner horses...and there was a new foal....just born last night.

I even popped in to TK....lots of little scamps running around.

Critters = happy!
