@PamfromCT

I'm so sorry to hear about the health problems that your DD's in-law is experiencing.  Sometimes I think the worst part is not knowing exactly what might happen down the road.  Hopefully things will improve.

Sending out healing thoughts and prayers to him and you all...🙏❤️

Good morning to @Yahooey @cowboy sam @Drythe @PamfromCT @geezerette @Bri369 @SouthernBee @dooBdoo @Mj12

If i missed anyone, it was unintentional.

I'm happy to see everyone on both platforms. BTW, I've been tired of Homegirl for a while, so am Solitaire at Home over on proboards. The avatar isn't firmed up yet.

So sorry to hear about the illness in your family, @PamfromCT  Add me to those sending good thoughts and well wishes, not only for your DD's FIL, but for all of you who care about him.

I hope those who want to "migrate" will, and also that "here" stays operational longer than we expect.

i dont feel any changes - the CoQ10 - supposed to give u more Energy  and help cells be better?  obviosuly idk what i'm saying

i have energy but would love help making my cells better

thank you again

do have info how to get to the other board and register?

just do that - we so missed u there and were so worried

we kept watching and trying to log on

I missed the first part of the CoQ10 discussions.

I took it for a while many years ago, and may start again, but like @Yahooey I didn't actually "feel" anything. I typically feel a difference with supplements I take. I remember once I chose a drugstore brand of calcium over a better brand that had been my usual and the difference was striking. I know they're not all the same. And that's just one instance with one supplement. Glucosamine and chondroitin supplements in my favorite brand (Cosamin) are another for which I do feel an improvement.

Anyway, I guess my question is for those of you who take it, do you feel a difference and if so, which brands do you recommend?

Many thanks!
