Hello Lovelies,

Hope everybody in its path survived all the rain.  No flooding here, so we are happy.  I do love the idea of a trip, on a good sized boat, out to that armada of container ships.  Count me in.

I also agree about spacing shots.  I had talked to my PCP about it.  It feels good to be fully protected, but we are still careful.  My side effects only amounted to fatigue the day after a shot.  At this point, guess I am “high wired.”

Oh, I do remember the days when I was young, quite slim, and very energetic.  That was when nobody thought that would ever end.  LOL  But I must say I am so grateful to be around, having my DH every day, my kids, and our GC.  The GC are like sunshine, and this xx!!! Pandemic really forced us all away.  Hope all will be well, and hope little toot gets her vaccine now.  Yup, am a worrier.  I was always.

You girls are a breathe of fresh air.  Always excited about something, and full of fresh ideas.  You always have so much zip.  Love your spunk.  Good to see @Drythe took that bread back.  That woman was an ingrate.  We are all grateful here, and I will add for our animal friends.  You can love and appreciate even if you don’t keep one.  Just like children.  You don‘t have to have one to love and appreciate.

Have a wonderful day, Lovelies.  Be well always.

@Yahooey, I don’t have all the answers, but hopefully a bit of advice.

I do take Lessman’s “Healthy Hair, Skin, & Nails.”  My nails are strong, skin is quite decent for my age, but I wish my hair was thicker.  I do think this stuff helps and been taking it for a long time.

I have found “Tumeric 400 Curcumin” very helpful for my arthritis.  Went through years of pain, even trying shots in my back, etc.  All before I found this product.

I would think Lessman’s “Complete Joint Effort,” coming in packets, 1500 mg Glucosamine and 1200 mg Chomdroitin, may be helpful for you.  If you go to Lessman’s products on the HSN site, you can read and analyze many consumers’ reviews.  I will also add that my cardiologist (no heart problems, just yearly checkup) also advised me to drink plenty of water when I told him how much better my arthritis was.  Simple advice, but most of us don’t drink too much water.  And he also advised me to take something “to oil my joints,” which I now am.

I had years of problems with veins in my legs, an inherited family problem.  Oh boy, so many treatments.  I started taking Lessman’s “Circulation and Vein Support.”  Been a couple years now, no treatments, vein doctor says legs are good.

I just ordered Lessman’s  eye vitamins, finally.  My eyes are good, but macular degeneration also runs a lot in my mother’s family.  It really scares me.  Also ordered his “Ginko” product.  I could use that.  You can read about it.

You can check his products on the Q, but mainly HSN.  Amazon also sells some.  And he has a website.  I always try first, then wait for a sale on the product, then stock up.  No kidding, it still is not cheap.  But so worth it, if something works.  My DH takes supplements as well,  but not in the amount I do.  I still take some drugstore supplements, as well.

The products you pictured look very good for you.  So many choices!

I do hope you find something to help you.  Nothing much matters too much when you are in pain.  Give something a try and hope for the best.  I want nothing but the best for you, honey.  And for all Lovelies.

My question for the day is:

Her bp monitor is a Omron  brand for 2 persons but was simple to use and told me she bought hers from Walgreens.....i searched for one like hers...oh my...what style to buy.??..any suggestions??

I read reviews on many..i want what a dr. would approve of  and "nothing" to use w/bloothtooth,or cell phones, etc!

Any suggestions..anyone?
