rain stopped around 1030 and i took a short walk which became a long walk

light grocery shopping and home - 

2 bundles of asparagus $2.50

can't find milk - there were a few containers but usually the counter is stocked

About the roast, recently went to the bakery to get special sunflower seed bread, there were only 4 loaves left.  A woman came up behind me and said, ‘I wanted to get some,’ I put one in her cart, she said, ‘I was hoping to get more’.  SILLY WOMAN - I reached into her cart, took my loaf back, and left.  I know you nicer ladies would NEVER do such a thing bread. 🍞

Been watching out for my llamas? 🦙  😉😉😉  I purchased some knit pumpkins with cinnamon stick stalks from Etsy, you could make them in a flash I know.

Just made my Covid vaccine booster appointment for early November. It was a bit of a search to find Moderna, since I don't choose to mix. My favorite pharmacy didn't have Moderna except in their pharmacy in a Target store. No thanks to being in a crowded store.

I checked Safeway pharmacies, but they ask for your SS# (last 4 digits). I see no need for them to have that.

I found CVS pharmacy has Moderna not too far away and they only ask for the normal medical insurance/Medicare card info. CVS is the only vaccine provider that ever that recommended drinking 16 oz of water an hour before the shot. I'd read that elsewhere on the internet in various articles but not from anyplace that actually gave the vaccine. I may have to give CVS a little more respect.

@Drythe : Yes- road trip or should I say : Sea adventure and Christmas shopping. Talked DH into going to the commissary but he sat on a bench while I shopped. He didn't have any army retirees to talk with. Plus they normally serve coffee and it wasn't available today. Darn should have purchased waffles because now me want some.Completely understand your reaction to the lady about the bread. You were trying to be nice but she was greedy.
