Hello Lovelies,

@Yahooey, I am often not good at explaining things.  The cinnamon is helpful if one is really watching sugar uptake, but sugar levels are higher than expected.  That is me.  I am not a type 2, but my sugar levels are higher than one might think for someone watching it so carefully.

My DIL’s mom became a diabetic, but found it too hard to change a lifetime of habits.  It was so tragic.

@SouthernBee, If you try that turmeric product, I certainly hope it helps you.  You have to give it time to start to work, but I recently found out from my PCP that he thinks it can be helpful.  Wish somebody had told me long ago...oh well!

She then made duplicates and asked all her customers if the caddy could be stored at each individuals home so that she doesn't have to transport so much back and forth. So many helpful people and suggestions shared on all of the forums.🤗❤️
