upper right corner you will see your name and this pull down menu 

and when u click on acct updates will show u 2nd image

Greetings and good morning, dear ⭐️Preds⭐️ and Friends.

I couldn't sleep last night.   Sick at heart over losing this special gathering place.

I feel so bad that I missed all the valuable time when I was away from posting, and now can't get that time back.   And I want to tell so many posters how much they mean to me, but I worry about leaving out someone...   there are so many who have been kind souls, or wonderful teachers, or guiding lights, or constant friends always there knowing exactly what to say or do, or bright and funny reminders for us to remember to smile, giggle, laugh out loud... or all of those things and more.

Well...  I just tried to access the HSN Community and although I can sign in with no problem to my account in the shopping area when I go to the Community it willl not accept my login credentials.   I even tried the "forgot password" option, but no link sent to my email account.

I see that their Community has a Wordpress login, wondering if somehow that's a problem.

Question:  is your password for the shopping area the same as the Community?

I need tech support!🤔😜🙃

Anyone have tips for getting the best help from HSN?  

I'll call them a wee bit later this morning during regular business hours and see if someone there can assist.   I'm very unfamiliar with that site, just never shopped there and never visited the forums.

Very frustrating morning so far.   Well, okay, whine over.  We'll figure all this out.
