@cowboy sam, Wow, you are just a bunch of energy.  Better take it easy some now.  Out of ice cream?  That is an Emergency.  But don’t call 911, ‘cause we’ll have to bail you out.  The law can be so touchy about stuff like that.

@SouthernBee, Thanks for asking.  I am doing fine.  GD will be coming to stay at the end of this week.  The whole thing was quite worrisome for us, and I cried a great deal.  Now we will concentrate on having a good time with her.  She is quite the little toot!

i currenlty sitting here with a wet wool hat on my head

i'm blocking it - supposedly you are supposed to block items to the fit is better

dont know why - so i'm waiting fo the wet hat to dry

Your are right!!!..

i'm wore out 12 steps down then back up for each trip down!

I have a cotton quilt  plus i towel that needed more time on them   and my right hip is now telling me stop!

I remembered i had a box of 4 packets of carrot cake  to make in a  mug ,so i opened all four into a glass loaf pan...added water  but still needed to add more to get them all mixed together,plus needed more extra time in microwave...

they are now cooling and also in box was package of cream cheese icing to put on it. So when cooled i'm going   put  icing on top   then if i can cut in half and make it a two layer cake...i hope!
