I'll be out somewhere with my husband walking exactly the same steps, and his will be much higher.  I don't know if it has to do with arm movements or stride length.  

That was nice of you to bake for your friend.  I always seem to have an issue when I double the recipe.

It hasn't stormed here.  I haven't heard any thunder.  It's just been a light rain.  The humidity is off the charts.

GM Preds & Friends!

I have more zucchini and also jalapeno peppers than I know what to do with.   I see baking zucchini bread in my future.

Still waiting for tomatoes to ripen before I pick any.

My friend and her dh called this morning  an asked me to go to breakfast with them! 

Uh..i had a chicken salad on a crassoaint,fries and 2  glasses ofcoke!  I told waitress to give me the bill

All 3 of us behaved and stayed outta trouble  even  when  going to a family owned grocery store that i hadn't been to in years!

My freezer is full once again  and more pop was bought...but no ice cream  !

I is so tired of rain again
