@Yahooey  Sounds great. The only thing I would add would be, either artichokes or sundried tomatoes. Although, with the red peppers, no need for sundrieds. 

Perfect summer meal. I could eat that every day.

Want a laugh, I buy the artichokes in a large glass jar from Costco. They either have tons or none. So, during Covid I added 1 set in each order to make the $75.00 minimum for delivery. I now have 6 sets of Artichokes. At least they're good till the end of 2023.

I love them but now I have to put them in everything. On salads, I make sauces from them etc.. So, if you need some, don't hesitate to ask😁

Just wanted to say that my DH’s cousin passed yesterday am and is now in heaven, to be sure.  He was taken care of in Hospice.  He was only a year older than DH, and they grew up together in the same town.  A reminder to treasure every day.

Those fancy chickens are whimsical, @Yahooey!  How that one can see around or through the feathers is beyond me.  Sounds like a great plan for good food as the weather heats up.  I'm not a natural at throwing things together and creating yummy results...  without a recipe I'm more likely to make an inedible conglomeration.  @Coquille, I don't think I've ever tasted artichokes.  Not sure how I missed it.  @Yahooey, @Bri369, @Coquille, @cowboy sam, @PamfromCT, and everyone affected by the hot weather, I hope you'll be careful, safe, and well.  I worry about everyone here because y'all are so dedicated to thinking of others that I fear you won't give yourself the care and attention you deserve.❤️🤗❤️
