@dooBdoo, Oh, you are so very kind.  And talented, too.  A singer in a band, wow, I am impressed.  You are a sweetie with many talents.

@SouthernBee, I don’t want to be a pest, but just to add to the posting on the main page re height changes as we “mature,”

Just wanted to add that it is so important to have your Vitamin D level tested with your annual bloodwork.  Not all tests include this.

When I was first referred to an endocrinologist by my new PCP (when old one retired), my Vitamin D was tested.  Despite my vitties I take, my Vitamin D level was very low.  You can’t have strong bones without enough Vitamin D. I have to take 4,000 units every day, along with calcium, and Prolia twice a year.

This endo doctor treated me for a few years, but was forced to refer his patients who needed Prolia to a bone clinic.  He could not afford to order and pay for Prolia and then wait for slow reimbursements from insurance companies.  He referred people like me to the university bone clinic.

Sorry to bore everyone, but I hope I can offer some advice to help.

Best wishes to all!

And thanks for all wonderful posts and those funny pictures!

They are priceless.

@PamfromCT : Thank you for caring. I am in the process of scheduling DH doctor appointments to get him back to being seen in the office. Then I will schedule me for my primary care doctor. I will soon need prescriptions refills and he will probably insist on office visit .🤗❤️❤️
