@cowboy sam   You know I'm sending you, soft 🤗 and very soft kisses. I hope your sinuses have gotten better today. I know, sometimes they can continue to be bad for days. If you can, try to steam. If you haven't a steamer, do what I used to do with my daughter ages ago. The old fashioned way by, putting boiling water in the bathroom sink, a towel over your head and breath. A pain when your in the midst of a bad sinus attack but it does help. Now they have sinus sprays and my husband does the Netty pot😱.

Do whatever helps you.  FEEL BETTER😘
