@SouthernBee Good Morning. IMO, I think your husband is right. I agree that the office mgr should be told. Will that do anything, I don't know. If you do call, I would bluff and tell them that you are going to call your insurance company and report how you have been treated and neglected. It seems like no cares in that office. The insurance companies don't care either but it's a nice bluff. Even with you calling, I certainly would NEVER GO BACK to that office. Drop them like a hot potato They're behavior is disgraceful and inexcusable.

I also have a lot of medical issues and have always been treated extremely well. You deserve that treatment and nothing less.
