Good morning Preds and friends! Had my root canal yesterday, FINALLY! Still had infection in and around that tooth. Been busy moving DD out of her apartment and bringing her stuff here, only to move her into her new apartment this weekend in Columbus. Trying to get stuff done in North Carolina last weekend. Now I have to call my regular dentist and get a bridge and crown. 

Can't believe it's going to be in the 80's today! 😯 

Got to go work up at the school. Will be back later.

Burgers and hot dogs on the grill later. 😋

@Coquille : Thank you for taking the time to respond with great details. I was wanting the eye doctor to prescribe something before I tried to use anything for my eyes. I called the eye doctor yesterday  around 8:30 a.m.left a message and the recording indicated to allow 24 hours for a return call. I called again around 10:30 a.m. The switchboard operator stated that should really allow 48 hours for a return call and that is counting daily business hours. Ok. I left another message. DH stated that I probably have been labeled as a very difficult patient.🤷‍♀️.We need to pick up DH medicines in the morning and was hoping to make only one trip to the pharmacy. I called another elderly friend that uses the same Eye Center but another doctor. She was really surprised because she hadn't had any problems and her calls are usually returned the same day but later in the afternoon. She stated that her cousin has seen my doctor for several years and very pleased with him and his staff.

Your doctor should be calling you back in a timely fashion.  There is absolutely no excuse.

Does your doctor have a portal where you can send a message to him through? 

It might be time to find another doctor, one who treats you with respect.

@Bri369 : Thank you. Not sure about the direct doctor portal. I hate the thoughts of changing doctors but I am researching other options in my area.

@loveschocolate : Wow- busy buzzin around. I know you are finally relieved to get the dental work . In my area the day started off cool but will be in the 80's for the week.🤗❤️

@Bri369 : Just notice that my area has very few  ophthalmologist but more optometrist. I thought my current doctor was an ophthalmologist but instead optometrist 🤷‍♀️..... more research.😳😳😳
