So what does everyone have planned for today!

Weather is warming up enough so I'm headed out to plant some pansies in my windowbox and front barrel for now....Time to really start Springing things up outside!

We will be having Lamb Chops, Mashed Potatoes & Asparagus...with a dollop of mint jelly...for our Easter dinner today....Apple Crisp & Carrot Cake Loaf are available desserts....Of course, a bottle of dry red wine will accompany our feast!

Delivering a plate to a close neighbor friend who is recuperating from surgery and she said that the entire Carrot Cake Loaf would be quite ample for her...never mind the rest!...LOL

we had our dinner last night - Meyer Lemon Tart and Jello Eggs for dessert

my sil - made over 50 eggs - everyone got a box of 7 to take home

@MyShadowLove  That is a feast!  Sounds wonderful.  How sweet of you to make a plate for your neighbor.

@Yahooey  The eggs are so colorful.  That must take a lot of patience.  The tart is magazine worthy too.

I'm making some potatoes au gratin and green beans amondine.  I picked up a Honeybaked Ham yesterday.  No line @Mj12   LOL

I bought the calzone.  I drove into the city and picked it up from the bakery.  A cookie tray happened to fall into my hands too.  LOL

hmm that tray of cookies..any chocolate one in it that fell into your hands?

I was out in our sunshine,but kinda had a cool breeze also with it..also in 70's here.

uh  i went on east side of yard where once upon a time my old,old house once stood.  bulldozed down,and filled up and grass growing now.

to look for flowers blooming near the old drive way.

I have  yellow daffadills? with 11 buds getting ready to open,

checked on my pink peonies and stalks are growing maybe 4-5 inches high now, 

then notice some down tree branches that needed to be picked up and taken to burn pile...took 2 arm fulls (have short arms),  way too many twigs to be picked up as it would take all afternoon as they are so small!

So now back insideand watching mens golf turnament in Tx.

uh..can ya bring me a couple pieces of ham for 2 sandwiches??
