@Yahooey I love her recipes! And I love using red pepper flakes in meatballs. How did they come out?  

We ordered Chinese food. I wasn't in the mood to cook.

@Yahooey  maybe they were too moist?   Do you bake or fry them?  Mine come out different every single time I make them.  I'm probably zero help 🤪

@Yahooey ...Mmm Yummy!...I love meatballs and make a whole bunch of them also to freeze....They are great for so many varieties of dishes...Interesting that you add water to yours...I add just a little milk, so you might want to try that next time and they won't come out as mushy.

I have a delicious meatball/tortellini/spinach soup that I make in my crockpot every now and then...I love crockpot cooking where everything simmers together and have some really good recipes for yummy soups, jambalaya and chicken cacciatore, etc...I don't roast anything in the crockpot though, as I like doing roasts and chickens the traditional way in the oven and with lots of vegetables...I love my veggies!

I'm glad that you were able to enjoy a good walk today...beautiful weather this weekend...The weather for this week is looking pretty good too...I know you love your swimming also, so I'm sure your anxiously awaiting for gyms to open up...Any word on when that might be?

We put the clocks ahead next weekend....Spring Ahead...Yay!!!!

the meatballs were seared and finsihed baking in the oven for 15 minutes

it tasted okay - but i had to handle them very gingerly

it was a lot of liquid - especially since i put in cooked onions which is wet

i doubled the recipe and just panko and not italian breadcrumbs

maybe the meat was not lean enough? 2 lbs 85% lean beef and 1 lb pork

my niece had been going since Sept and lost 10 lbs that she put on

i dont even wanna know.... how much i gained and how much of me turned to mush
