Good Morning Precious Preds and Preds very special friends. I decided to start drinking more water. So my plan was to put 4 bottles of water on the table next to my recliner. I decided to consume the water very early in the day hoping to avoid very early a.m. bathroom trips. I was only able to consume three bottles. Bam! Guess what! Bathroom trips started at 2a.m.🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

@cowboy sam : Me stopped wearing makeup several years ago. Just tired of the routine and everything just looked bad. I had done the department store make over to help with the correct colors and how to better apply the makeup. Got tired of the makeup mess in the bathroom. Several years just wore foundation and mascara. With cancer treatments my eyelashes just barley visible and eyebrows very thin . Never could drawn on eyebrows to make them look natural. Stopped coloring my hair two years ago. Wear no jewelry except maybe a pretty pin and my watch. With my weight loss decided to try on my wedding rings last week and able to get them on but not over the knuckles and afraid to try to force them on. So why does it still take me a long time to get dressed?🤷‍♀️😀🤗❤️

I was up at least  3-4 times  !

I also try to drink pleanty of water during the day  but then it also decides when i relax to try to sleep...body says noway   !
