@Yahooey not like pulled pork (soooo much better).  Also known as Taylor Ham.  It's a Jersey staple.  I just like it on a good kaiser roll with S&P and ketchup.  You can put cheese or an egg on it too. I can buy Taylor Ham at the grocery (in the bacon section). I need to drive to NJ now.  Can't get any decent rolls here in Maryland.

I love seafood too - that's one thing we have here.  No respectable bagels or rolls, but we do have great seafood.
